PUMA Online Store purchases can only be returned online, not to a physical PUMA Store, unfortunately.
Returns are offered Free of charge
A return must be logged within 60 days from the date of delivery off the za.puma.com online store.
All products must be in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging.
Due to hygienic reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned.
To request a return, please log your details on our Contact Us page on the Red Returns Button, or email us at support@za.puma.com.
Please ensure your return is handed over to our courier with the provided delivery note by marking the item you wish to return at the bottom of the delivery note page.
If you no longer have this document from delivery, please contact our customer support team.
What to expect:
Once your return has been logged you will receive an email to confirm that our courier will arrange collection.
Collection and return to our warehouse can take up to 3 - 5 working days for Main centers and 7 - 10 working days for Outlying areas, from date of logging this return.
Once your return has reached our warehouse, each of the items will be inspected before the return is processed and a refund credited to you. This can take up to a further 10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
Items Purchased from Stores
All items purchased from stores need to be returned in the store where the purchase was made.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time unfortunately. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order. Please understand that a refund of your money can take up to 14 days to reflect in your bank account.
Defect Products:
Defective products can be returned up to 12 months from delivery date by contacting our Customer Service team who will assist you.
A “Defective Product” is one that has material imperfection or design flaws and that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected.
The product must be visually defective (due to manufacture or design fault) and not damaged due to inappropriate use.
Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable lifespan of the Product will unfortunately not be replaced.
